"The Gro Egg is a brilliant room thermometer because it not only displays the room temperature but also changes colour with the it. You only need to glance in the room at night to see if it's too hot, too cold or just right! I have one in each of my childrens' bedrooms and it means that I don't run the risk of waking them to check if I need to add a blanket etc. If you are a new parent or a family member who wants reassuring about temperatures (especially with the link to cot death) I would highly recommend the Gro Egg. It has certainly reassured me and makes me feel far more comfortable leaving my children to sleep at night - I get a better night too!"

"Like all of the gro products the gro egg is such a simple idea but it really does make life a little easier. We keep our gro egg on our changing table so that we can easily tell what tog grobag we should use when getting our baby ready for bed. There are many baby room thermometers on the market but the gro egg is the only one I know which allows you to tell the temperature inside the room without actually going inside and risking waking the baby. Would recommend to anyone having a baby."
